    Chief Executive Officer

    As the CEO of StarCompliance, Jennifer Sun oversees all major corporate decisions and is responsible for the direction and growth strategy of the organization. Jennifer joined Star in September of 2018, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in traditional finance and fintech. Jennifer started her career at Goldman Sachs and went onto help launch Epoch Partners, a technology-enabled investment bank that was later purchased by Goldman Sachs. Jennifer has held multiple leadership roles within the financial sector, most recently at Ipreo—as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets and Executive Vice President of Global Client Relations. Jennifer played a critical role in the sale of Ipreo to IHS Markit in August 2018.
